- What is Formbox?
- Formbox provides a form endpoint (or form backend) that allows you to collect submissions from your own designed HTML form.
- Do you block spam submissions?
- Yes, there are two types of spam protection, one is marking the submissions as spam and the other one is blocking auto bot attacks, formbox supports both of them by default.
- Can I cancel my plan at anytime?
- Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time via your Subscription settings.
- What payment methods can I use?
- Through Stripe we accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We do not accept Paypal.
- How do you store my credit card information?
- We use Stripe as our payment processing partner to securely store your card, and securely enable payment features on our service.
- Do you provide support?
