What is Formbox?: Formbox provides a form endpoint (or form backend) that allows you to collect submissions from your own designed HTML form.
Do you block spam submissions?: Yes, there are two types of spam protection, one is marking the submissions as spam and the other one is blocking auto bot attacks, formbox supports both of them by default.
Can I cancel my plan at anytime?: Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time via your Subscription settings.
What payment methods can I use?: Through Stripe we accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We do not accept Paypal.
How do you store my credit card information?: We use Stripe as our payment processing partner to securely store your card, and securely enable payment features on our service.
Do you provide support?: Yes. Support is provided to all our customers. Please open a support ticket by describing your issue, we will get back to you within 24hrs.
